The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We process your data solely based on legal regulations (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation, TKG 2003 – Telecommunications Act). The data protection information below will give you an overview of the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
CONTACT WITH US
If you contact us via the online form on our website or via Email, your data will be stored for six months in order to process your inquiry and handle any follow-up questions. Your personal data will not be forwarded to any third parties without your consent.
DATA STORAGE
For the purpose of facilitating the purchase process and the contract implementation at a later stage, the IP data of the subscriber as well as the name, address, phone number and email address of the customer will be stored by the webshop operator.
The personal data referred to above is required to complete the contract and to conduct any pre-contractual measures. This data will not be transmitted to any third parties except for the assigned transportation and shipping company as well as our tax adviser in order to comply with tax regulations.
Upon cancellation of the purchase process, your personal data will be deleted. In case a contract is concluded, all data from the contract agreement will be stored within the legal storage period regulated by tax law (seven years).
In addition, the name and address of the customer as well as the date of purchase and any purchased items will be stored for a period of 10 years in compliance with product liability. The data processing is based on the following legal regulations: § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG as well as Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (requirement for contract conclusion) of the GDPR.
You are basically entitled to the right of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and dissent. If you believe that your personal data is not processed in accordance with the data protection regulation or that your claims related to data protection are in any other way infringed, you can file a complaint at the local authority. The responsible authority in Austria is the data protection authority. |
